Obsidian Physician Templates

A collection of templates I use as a medical student to think clearly, learn efficiently, and improve patient care.

What’s included

• Basic Terms template (includes frontmatter for properties)
• Lecture Notes template
• PICO / evidence-based medicine template
• Pathology template
• Daily Notes template (ideal for clinical days)

How to use

1. Download the templates
2. Drop them into your Obsidian Templates folder
3. Customize them to fit your workflow

Alternatively

1. Copy code
2. Paste into obsidian note
3. Move note into "Templates" folder

Why I made this

Medical training is overwhelming. These templates are part of how I structure thinking, not just information.
