YouTube/

A six-stage YouTube video production pipeline. Each stage is a Claude skill that takes the previous stage's output as input.

1. research-agent.md → Scouts the topic. Runs web searches, classifies the content pillar, identifies signal sources, maps the competitive landscape, and produces a structured Research Brief.

2. script-agent.md → Takes the Research Brief and writes a full production-ready script. Includes hooks, segments, B-roll cues, chapter markers, and a brand voice check.

3. seo-agent.md → Takes the script and/or research brief and generates the full YouTube metadata package: title options, description, chapter markers, tags, thumbnail text, and a Shorts clip recommendation.

4. visual-director.md → Takes the script and produces a Visual Production Brief: scene-by-scene shot breakdowns, B-roll lists, screen recording instructions, graphics requirements, music direction, and color grading notes.

5. editor-brief.md → Synthesizes the script, visual brief, and SEO package into a complete, standalone editing guide covering timeline structure, cut instructions, audio, graphics, Shorts extraction, and export specs.

6. thumbnail-agent.md → Runs last. Takes all prior outputs and produces a Thumbnail Creative Brief with three concept directions, a recommended concept, image generation prompts, production notes, and an A/B test recommendation if applicable.
