# Daily-Obsidian-Template

This repository is a template for daily planner made in Obsidian. It's made for two (or probably more) people to use and share at the same time. Anywhere where there is "Meteors" and "Leaves" folder it signifies different people, "Forest Fire" means together or shared folder and while properly used it should be changed to user names or removed. It's being made for personal use so some folders or options used might seem excessive or useless so feel free to edit, fork and use this template to your own liking and needs.

- [BRAT](https://github.com/TfTHacker/obsidian42-brat) - Manager for any plugins currently in beta version. It's used due to periodic notes calendar changing option being only on beta version.
- [Image Converter](https://github.com/xRyul/obsidian-image-converter) - Plugin that allows auto conversion of images into different formats, editing them simply, annotating and such. Here it's mostly used to convert everything into WEBP due to smaller size.
- [Advanced tables](https://github.com/tgrosinger/advanced-tables-obsidian) - It allows further editing of markdown and obsidian tables. Nice to have but might be removed due to compatibility issues with Sheets Extended.
- [Calendar](https://github.com/liamcain/obsidian-calendar-plugin) - Simple calendar that works with Periodic notes. It might get removed later since it's only here for simple calendar to the side and not for any functionality so far.
- [Dataview](https://github.com/blacksmithgu/obsidian-dataview) - Very powerful data query tool. It have many uses but so far there is no clear objective for it. Added due to how much truly you are able to do with it.
- [Featured Image](https://github.com/johansan/obsidian-featured-image) - Plugin to display first image in the note. Purely cosmetic and might be removed in further theme editing.
- [Notebook Navigator](https://github.com/johansan/notebook-navigator) - Plugin that changes how you interact with your vault. Changes overall UI and gives more tag and such search capabilities. Is central and intended default way to interact with this planner.
- [Omnisearch](https://github.com/scambier/obsidian-omnisearch) - Plugin to search everything in the vault. Mostly QoL plugin.
- [Periodic Notes](https://github.com/liamcain/obsidian-periodic-notes) - Plugin for easy daily, weekly, monthly or yearly note creation. WARNING: Beta version is used due to need of calendar change feature for multiple people. Watch out for any bugs.
- [Pretty Properties](https://github.com/anareaty/pretty-properties) - Converts frontmatter and tags into more human readable and prettier format.
- [Sheets Extended](https://github.com/NicoNekoru/obsidan-advanced-table-xt) - Another plugin to extend functionality of markdown tables. Nice to have but might be removed due to compatibility issues with  Advanced tables.
- [Style Settings](https://github.com/obsidian-community/obsidian-style-settings) - Allows for easy in program theme and style editing.
- [Templater](https://github.com/SilentVoid13/Templater) - Very powerful template tool with script running capabilities. Vault relies on it to automate creation of many notes throughout entire vault.
- [Text Extractor](https://github.com/scambier/obsidian-text-extractor) - Plugin that allows extraction of text from obsidian notes, PDF files and other. Is here as an extension of Omnisearch.
- [Heading Shifter](https://github.com/k4a-l/obsidian-heading-shifter) - Simple plugin that allows to quickly change size of heading and everything under it.
- [Media Extended](https://github.com/aidenlx/media-extended) - Allows for more media support inside of obsidian vault.
- [Natural Language Dates](https://github.com/argenos/nldates-obsidian) - Simple plugin that parses dates into more human readable format i.e tomorrow, today, next week.
- [Tag Wrangler](https://github.com/pjeby/tag-wrangler) - Simple tool for mass edition and help with working with tags.
- [Timestamp Notes](https://github.com/juliang22/ObsidianTimestampNotes) - Plugin that allows you to timestamp and note alongside a video.
- [Callout manager](https://github.com/eth-p/obsidian-callout-manager) - Easier managing and creating of callouts.
- [Obsidian Table Checkboxes](https://github.com/0x-DLN/obsidian-table-checkboxes) - Allows for creation of checkboxes in tables making it much nicer for customization
- [Checkbox Sync](https://github.com/groldsf/obsidian_check_plugin) - Let's easily sync up children and parents of checkboxes
- [Text Block Timer](https://github.com/wth461694678/text-block-timer) - Just simple timer for manual work time management

- [x] Look at Zotero and if applicable look for sync with obsidian.
